You will be responsible for driving all revenue-generating activities, both online and offline. Our in-house marketing department will support you with sales material, online campaigns, and our CRM systems generate significant sales leads. With our existing teams and resources behind you, you will be empowered to determine sales prices, product mix, and influence product development. You work with the sales term to learn what the market wants and how we can meet those market needs.
Specifically, your job will include…
Identifying and developing a variety of revenue streams for Colourbox and Skyfish.
Implementing revenue growth ideas. Developing theories is great, but hands-on application of your ideas is even better. We want someone who isn’t skittish about putting ideas to work.
Developing an enticing partner program. We have great relationships with other companies and we want you to take those relationships to the next level.
Working toward converting the sales and finance function into predictable and scalable revenue. Your overall aim is to maximize growth.
Tying together our in-house development team, marketing team and sales with a common strategic plan toward increasing revenue.
Prioritizing resources for the greatest value. We like to invest wisely and will rely on you to recognize when to double down and when to move on.
We are looking for someone who has a knack for seeing the bigger picture and then has excellent communication skills to convey their perspective across multiple departments. You will create the strategies to increase revenue across all market segments. Be excited to take the lead on every element of revenue generation. This will mean that you will be responsible for determining which leads to pursue, product pricing, marketing campaigns and new features to make sure our existing customers are thrilled and new customers can’t wait to join.
Manage the end-to-end functions that impact revenue generation such as sales, business development, marketing, and customer service
Be extremely comfortable with SAAS as a distribution model
Be adept at CRM and take charge of our system. Make the changes you think are appropriate and invest in the things that are working
Predict, produce, and execute individual revenue streams, including identifying micro-markets and segments, and building tailormade campaigns
Be willing to coordinate with other teams in order to map and prioritise features that drive the sales process and retention
Set optimal prices based on specific market segments and sales-driving key features.
Identify and grow distribution channels with the greatest potential in terms of profit and revenue
Take responsibility for Colourbox’s overall goals to generate maximum revenue. Create long-term growth plans without losing sight of quarterly revenue.
Create and maintain relationships with strategic business partners by creating a mutually beneficial partnership program
Encourage a culture of accountability by setting the right metrics and tying company performance, compensation and promotions to tangible results
Be fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: Danish, German, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish.
Have relevant sales experience with a minimum 3 years of experience (have held at least a Key Account sales position)
