We're looking for a profile with +4 years of experience with digital marketing to enter a senior manager role with the responsibility of a team of digital marketing specialists and assistants in 4 markets.

We are looking for a full-time native Danish person who will join our talented, dedicated team, and will work determinedly to grow our online presence and sales. Someone who wants to work hard, hands-on and determinedly to build an international brand within the cosmeceuticals industry with his or hers own team. You will be part of an exciting scale-up and test your skills with digital marketing and leadership for an e-commerce business that is rapidly growing.

We are a Danish-based beauty brand with offices in the heart of Copenhagen with 15 fresh and dedicated team members. HairLust offers an inside out approach to healthy hair care, and combines inner and outer hair care products in a luxurious product line. We introduce a new generation of cosmeceuticals and beauty products for the picky customer. HairLust is one of the most online sought-after dietary supplement and beauty brands in the Nordics, and can boast with being one of the best customer reviewed health products brands in the Nordics. HairLust is currently being sold in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, UK, Netherlands, Belgium - and soon Germany and Austria. We're having +5.000 online orders a month but the numbers increase for every month.

Your primary tasks will be concentrated on our markets in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland: 

• Managing a team of 5-10 digital marketing specialists and assistants, including the recruitment and onboarding of new team members

• Setting the agenda for your team and managing the project management

• Developing and managing all digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Influencers, Affiliation, and E-mail

• Developing and managing creative ways to increase online sales such as physical PR events

• Staying in front with the newest trends in digital marketing to keep the brand ahead of competitors

• Optimizing our websites, including CRO

• Reporting directly to the CEO

The right candidate profile might look like this:

• You love digital marketing and e-commerce

• You've got +4 years of experience within digital marketing

• You are a tech-savvy and learn how to use new softwares easily

• You have got leadership experience

• You're interested in constantly learning more about digital marketing

• You're proactive, creative and dare to try out new things

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, communication or marketing or a related degree
