This is a role for a creative individual with impeccable taste and eager to lead a team. You’ll lead the product experience for both of our products, take charge of our overall visual identity and be part of our ongoing communication and campaigns to attract, engage, and retain our users. You will be surrounded by a team of designers, copywriter, product manager, and customer sales & service. You will inspire and elevate the team by producing work that is always raising the bar.

Responsibilities

• Help shape the product strategy and vision for both of our products.

• Establish a new, crisp visual appearance. Develop design guidelines and a design system that makes it easy to implement across the products, landing pages, emails, etc.

• Design simple, elegant, data-driven, user-centric experiences that delight users.

• Define the user experience, interactions, and user interface through user flows, information architecture, sketches and wireframes, and visual design.

• Build functional prototypes to test your designs.

• Participate in user research and testing.

• Supervise and support other designers.

• Help maintain visual and brand consistency between all products and platforms.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into unique product experiences.

Requirements of this Position

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience with digital product design for an online service or tool.

• You have developed a portfolio of UX and design work as part of an organization driven by professional, digital products.

• You are a user advocate who will ensure that our products are intuitive and create value for our users.

• You have a thorough understanding of UX and UI, and can lead the design process all the way from idea, through wireframing, prototypes, user testing & feedback, development, implementation and optimization.

• You pay attention to details. You know that small adjustments can have a huge impact on UX and conversion rates.

• You have a collaborative spirit and are a creative problem-solver.

• Your best friends are (probably) Sketch and InVision.

• You speak and write English fluently.

• You understand our users and are eager to constantly learn more about them by phone, email, polls & face-to-face. Everything we do, we do for our customers.

Location

Our office is nestled in the countryside 8 km outside Odense, the 3rd largest city in Denmark. We have renovated a traditional farm building into a modern facility surrounded by nature.
