We're one of the Fastest growing agencies in Denmark. We work with international companies to help them scale and grow their business. We have a ton of deals with vendors, affiliates, and partners. Now we need someone to help manage them financially. We're looking for a detailed oriented number cruncher that wants to help us get invoices more organized, streamline the reporting of expenses, and help with all things budgeting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in daily and weekly Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.

• Prepare analysis of various general ledger accounts, explaining changes in business conditions.

• Maintain schedules and supporting documentation related to various revenue and expenses, including team travel, events, affiliates, ad spend,  and sponsorships.

• Review and record daily bank transactions and report any discrepancies.

• Maintain accounting records for all work completed in an orderly, functional manne using Dinero.dk

• Track down invoices across various channels and report VAT on all company expenditures

• Participate in the preparation and timely delivery of accurate, high quality internal and external financial reporting.

• Working cross functional within our organization

• Experience in reporting SKAT + VAT invoicing

• Experience with Dinero.dk or similar platforms
