The role you are looking at is a part of meploy's Operations Team in Denmark. 90% of the work will be in Danish, so full professional proficiency is required.

The Ops Team is at the center of everything we do - from starting up new clients to ensuring meployees get matched with the right type of work. As a member of our Ops Team, you must like, wait, love problem-solving, take big responsibility from day 1 and be adaptable to change. As we are growing quite rapidly, juggling an eight-ball, a bowling pin and a shuffleboard disc should be seen as "normal", and we look for you that really don't mind jumping between tasks and can keep focus when new assignments come in from the left and priorities need to change.

About the Operations Associate role

As our Operations Associate you will be primarily working with onboarding our new meployees (psst... all the fantastic people that work via meploy), and helping them get started! Ensure they understand how it works, and what is expected from them.

You will also work closely with many of our clients, understanding their needs, and helping them set up the right criteria for our recruitment processes in order to get the right talent in!

What you'll be doing

• Onboard, welcome and establish a great relationship with meployees all over Denmark.

• Organise informational events in different cities and help recruit meployees.

• Interview potential meployees and help them get started on meploy.

• Talk with Jobcenters, fair officials, trade unions etc. Every stakeholder on the Danish labour market will be in your contact book.

• Daily contact with clients on order to help optimise their team and understand how to recruit and match better.

• Assist with urgent needs and help staff.

• Oversee meployee performance.

• Assist with marketing campaigns aimed at recruiting new meployees.

• Create automated process and work with the product team to ensure we always improve how we work.

About you

In our Operations team, no day is the same, so you need to be self-motivated, driven to succeed and have excellent interpersonal, and community building skills!

If you don't like spending a lot of time on the phone, and you're not a people persons, this job is most likely not for you ;)

Important is that you can quickly assess whether a person will be a good fit for the meploy community and the company where s/he will be working.

Experience from a fast-growing company is a plus as we are constantly looking into improving our process and create new solutions of how to work.
