This is a part time job and requires 10-20 hours of work per week. Suitable for students that graduate this summer or for candidates that want to work more after the summer, since there will be an option for a full-time position from August/September.

Our HQ is located in Ballerup in Denmark where we have all of our development, most of our marketing as well as a sales department that focus on the European market - except for UK/Ireland.

You will help grow and strengthen our business by finding and engaging the best passive and active candidates within sales, support, development and marketing, but your tasks will also include the following:
You will assist with the following
Consistent cold outreach to exceptional candidates to actively appropriate candidates to fill open positions
Sourcing candidates through databases, social media and especially through LinkedIn
Pre-screen and interview candidates
Getting to know our hiring managers to make sure we find the right people for each department
Identifying future hiring needs and trends
Assist our Head of Talent Acquisition with administrative ad hoc tasks
Designing job descriptions
Creating employer branding recognition and activities through SoMo - especially through LinkedIn but also through Instagram
Participate at relevant career fairs
Keeping our Applicant Tracking System updated at all times
Help with internal employee arrangements
You will support and refer to our Head of Talent Acquisition on a daily basis, who will also be training and giving you ongoing advice on how we can optimize our recruitment strategies and best practices all around the world of "Talent Acquisition"
There is no perfect candidate, but these are some points we prefer
Anything between 0-3 years of experience within HR/Research/Talent Acquisition is preferable
If you don't have any relevant experience, fear not! Then we will look into your passion, drive and motivation for working within Talent Acquisition
Team spirit, drive and a desire to deliver results
Being able to put yourself in other shoes, understanding their point of view
Experience in and understanding of LinkedIn
Professional business acumen with strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Maintain, organize and setting priorities throughout your day.
Desire to learn and grow, possessing a strong work ethic.
