At Ageras, we create visibility in the market of legal and financial services. Our Clients range from private citizens to small- and midsize businesses across Europe, who are looking for a lawyer, accountant, or bookkeeper (our Partners).
Right now, we’re looking for an ambitious student to join our successful Customer Success team, focusing on the law market. As our Student Assistant, you’ll handle the communication with our customers, who are in the need of a specialist. You’ll support your customer portfolio from the first initial contact until finding the perfect specialist.
Specifically, you’ll:
Identify and access customer’s needs and requests over phone
Assist and guide our customers to successfully find a Lawyer
Be in contact with our partners to ensure completion of customer requests
Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
In general, support the Customer Success Team
Requirements
You empathise easily with people and can build relationships quickly over a phone. As a person, you are the type who wants to go “above-and-beyond” to give clients a spectacular experience and you take pride in supporting them through the customer journey.
Maybe you are studying for a Bachelor's degree and eager to use your learning in practice – maybe you have been working with customers before from another student job? To us, it is important that you are ambitious, with a sound business understanding, and have a strong will to develop – not only yourself, but this position.
You also have:
Near-native Danish language skills and conversational English language skills
An ability to learn quickly and great collaboration skills
An ability to maintain the highest integrity and compliance in everything you do
A Bachelor or Master studies in finance or law is considered as a plus
And a focused, quality conscious and organized approach to your work
This is a part time position, minimum 10 hours a week.
