That is why we are expanding and looking for two new Sales Representatives to join the SupWiz family! Are you gifted at handling prospective customer relationships and would like to be part of an exciting world-class team in a fast-growing start-up? Then we have the job for you!
Your role:
As a Sales Representative at SupWiz your main task is expanding the customer portfolio by selling our chat framework called SupChat - a chat client that makes it easy for website visitors to get in touch with a support agent via live chat. If you do well in this position, you will get the opportunity to develop your competencies by selling some of our large-scale products such as SupWiz Chatbot, Ticket Analyzer, etc.
Your tasks will include:
Lead-generate and contact prospective customers; book meetings.
Present, promote and sell SupChat using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with team members.
Prepare well-tailored sales presentations to your customer meetings.
Eventually, represent SupWiz at conferences and trade shows.
About you:
You have excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
You are extremely driven, competitive and goal-oriented.
You are honest and conscience-driven with respect for other human beings.
You have strong relationship building and social skills.
You want to be part of a wild growth-adventure with changing environment and challenges.
You are a team player who feels responsible for the overall goal and vision.
You write and speak both English and Danish fluently.
It is a plus if you are experienced with some of the following: project sales, B2B sales, customer service, IT & Software, International Sales.
The position has a base salary plus commission.
