The People Operations team's mission is to design our organization to grow our people. We are the architects of all things people related. We believe culture starts with who we are when being put in an environment that challenges each other’s potential while feeling safe. This is the team responsible for maintaining a perfect balance between preserving the past and building the future.
As the People Development Lead you’ll train and support our leaders in building great team members. We believe that ‘people first’ is the only approach worth considering and expect you to embody this belief in your approach to people development. This is your chance to work with organizational development in a true growth-mindset culture and shape our environment for years to come.
So, what does that actually mean? Here’s what we expect you to be doing:
Create and implement a framework for frequent employee development talks and promote our healthy feedback agenda.
Build self-leading teams through responsibility mapping and Holocracy practices.
DISC mapping or similar to support leaders in developing diverse and high-performing teams.
Design our employee performance approach
Lead proactive and preventive conflict management.

Hands on experience from working with people development in a business setting.
Excellent project- and stakeholder management capabilities.
Facilitation and presentation skills from arranging workshops or similar.
