About the team
As part of our team, you will be working in a young and international environment, with English as our office language. We work from our HQ located in Vesterport, close to public transportation (Vesterport St. and Copenhagen Central Station). Job Description
We are looking for a full-time employee, who will be working closely with our cross-country support team, as well as with our development and marketing teams, to ensure that our support is accurate and timely.
Responsibilities:
Ensure support is executed and running smoothly towards all our Swedish and Norwegian event organizers and ticket buyers
Resolve incoming support issues
Onboard new customers
Optimise the Billetto Platform
Collaborate with the customer relationship team regarding bugs, issues and improvement projects
The required skill set:
Native Swedish speaker
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer care skills.
Have a high level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Be confident and pleasant when dealing with people, both verbal and in writing.
It’s a plus if you:
Have previous experience from a Customer Support position
Have good language skills in other European languages
Have an enthusiastic approach to Customer Support and its wide variety of tasks.
Are ambitious and a quick learner.
Like taking initiative and being highly self-motivated.
Are proactive in nature.
Show an ability to work autonomously and be able to take responsibility beyond the scope of the role.
