Permanent part time position – 25-30 hours per week

As Operations Assistant at Blackbird, you will become part of the Blackbird operations team. Blackbird is part of emendo Consulting Group, which consists of more than 70 employees spread across Denmark and USA. You will be involved in customer related activities such as involved in shipping goods to our customers, stock management, initial setup of customers in the system. The common denominator for the job is accuracy and dedication and as well as a drive to streamline processes.

You will be working with a small dedicated group in operations and a group of competent software developers in a professional environment with a non-formal atmosphere. You will have the opportunity gain experience within global customer management, sales, invoicing and contracts. Your base will be at our office in Nordhavn, close to Nordhavn st. (best view in Copenhagen!), where you will enter into a collaborative environment and modern office environment. 

The job 

• Daily shipping and communication with customers hereof

• Packing of shipments

• Purchasing of technical components

• Stock management

• Customer setup in our Blackbird system

• Helping out in the office with Ad-hoc activities

• Last minute errands

• Trashing of cardboard material

• DIY-work (putting up new monitors and similar). 

Who are you?

• Curious and motivated by optimising processes

• You speak and write basic English and Danish

• Any age between 18-100

• You always put the customer first

• You know your way around the Microsoft Office Package

• You have a knack for IT and electronics

• You are good at multi-tasking

• Team-oriented and collaborative of nature

• Honest, optimistic and a positive mindset
