As Talent Garden Denmark’s next Marketing & Communications Manager you will be based in our workspace in Copenhagen. Side by side with 350 talented startup people. You will also collaborate with team members across our other locations in Europe.
The role in short
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team in Denmark. You will support the local marketing & communications activities, in collaboration with the Danish team and with the global marketing and communications team.
As a Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be accountable for the management of social media, content creation, PR, newsletters, supporting the team to achieve sales targets for our activities.
You will be supporting coworking activities, educational programs and corporate projects and partnerships.

As Marketing & Communications Manager you will
Set local marketing objectives and work with the Digital Marketing Specialist in charge of digital campaigns, in order to get the best results out of them.
Manage local content strategies and produce content for social media, blog and newsletters for the local channels.
Work on SEO contents, with global specialists.
Run local PR related activities and content partnerships, in collaboration with our Content & Communications Manager
Support the team and manage marketing activities related to corporate projects.
Share and align with HQ teams: exchange content, collaborate on setting digital marketing actions and localize global materials.
Provide data and samples of competitors' marketing strategies and materials.
Report and provide feedback on your activities.
This role reports directly to the Country Manager and, functionally, to the Chief Product & Marketing Officer.
You will be working closely with the team in Denmark on defining priorities and key actions, and you will also have daily interaction with the Talent Garden Headquarters to transform global marketing and communications initiatives into locally actionable activities.
Who we are looking for
You care about your local community of startups, digital freelancers and futurists.
You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Marketing & Communication - previous experience in a startup is a plus.
You are ready to work in a fast-growing environment, putting your skills at the service of the team and being ready to help outside of your role.
You have a passion for creating and distributing marketing and communications contents and have experience in managing social media, newsletters and content marketing in other companies.
You are fluent in English.
You have a basic knowledge of Google tools and product pack, MS Office and iOS systems and maybe even HubSpot and Adobe Creative Suite (it is a plus, but not a requirement)
You are organized and you take deadlines seriously.
