We are at the forefront of how recruitment is evolving - our core product is the classical job portal but we believe that real-time engagement is part of how great candidates will land their next jobs. Thus, we're betting a lot on our proprietary virtual career fairs, which we have been hosting for a few years. Companies all over Europe participate in these online events, and +25.000 students have joined a VCF since we started.
Right now we're looking for a marketing profile who can be part of scaling up our presence across our key markets.
You need to be a marketing 'Swiss army knife' and take the responsibility of a number of marketing initiatives.
When you operate a 'market place' as we do, it's important to be able to juggle traffic both from job seekers, and employers. Apart from top funnel generation you will be working with conversion of traffic, to ensure both sufficient number of job applications for our jobs, while and create commercial impact via B2B marketing.
The role
Concretely the following tasks will be part of your daily or weekly responsibilities:
User acquisition via job aggregators (Indeed, Jooble etc.)
Setting up content strategy
Newsletters (B2B & B2C)
Social Media (we're strongest on LinkedIn, and need to ramp up on Facebook, Instagram etc.)
Be part of the team that works with university partnerships
Be part of getting new university partners to join the Graduateland Network
Management of product translations
Preferred skills
It goes without saying that you need to be proactive, take responsibility, and able to apply a holistic perspective to our marketing efforts. Experience with the following is definitely a plus:
Content marketing
SEO
Creatives and performance campaigns via SoMe
AdWords
Stakeholder management (internally with other parts of the organisation and externally with important partners)
Last, Danish language skills are mandatory.
