Blazar Capital is a company builder focusing on consumer goods and e-commerce, and at Blazar Capital we have multiple startups in our pipeline. We are now looking for an ambitious japanese speaking marketing intern to join us on this journey. You will experience a steep learning curve, as you will be given a large amount of responsibility as well as work with several startups in the house.

Blazar Capital is looking for a Japanese Marketing intern to build and grow several startups presence on in the country. You will have the chance to work and get experience from several startups in the house. In this position, you would also have exposure to our marketing channels, paid media, and influencer marketing. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a duration of 3 months, with the possibility of continuing on a paid position.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Influencer marketing and collaborations: contact to bloggers & influencers - create creative influencer campaigns and coordinate, roll-out and monitor performance

• Customer Relationship Management

• Affiliate marketing

• Establish valuable partnerships with other brands to grow the business 

• Identifying new and innovative ways to drive traffic to our Japanese partners  as well as developing and improving traffic from existing channels.

• Developing relationships with key websites, prioritising new customer acquisition at the lowest cost possible.

• Work together with your team to identify new growth opportunities and ways in which to improve our brand reputation and presence in Japan.

You Must Be

• Fluent in Japanese (mainly in writing) 

• Highly motivated to take on your own responsibilities.

• Structured, yet creative.

• A proactive mindset.

• Quick from thinking to doing and willing to put in a big effort.

• You can be a student or on a working holiday

• Advantage if you worked with affiliate marketing and influencers
