Head of HR with possibility of building an HR agency with Blazar Capital

Are you passionate about HR? And have you always wanted to build your own HR agency?

At Blazar Capital, we have multiple startups in our pipeline and our current portfolio companies are growing rapidly. Hence, we are looking for a Head of HR who is interested in leading the HR activities in Blazar Capital. Furthermore, besides leading the HR activities of Blazar Capital, there will be an opportunity for establishing an HR agency together with Blazar Capital.

Responsibilities

This position is a unique opportunity for you to join an innovative, fast-growing organization and become an integral part of the future success of the portfolio companies. First of all, as Head of HR in Blazar Capital, you will be responsible for a broad range of tasks. Amongst others, you will be leading the recruitment of new candidates, ensuring relevant processes are in place and supporting the employees of the portfolio companies. Furthermore, there is a possibility of establishing an HR agency together with Blazar Capital. This means that you with the support of Blazar Capital´s team with competencies within a broad range of areas including finance, marketing, and strategy, will be building an HR agency focused on delivering HR services to companies.

Qualifications

• You have a relevant academic background and experience from a similar role

• You are highly driven and result-oriented with an interest in human resources

• Focused on making a difference for the businesses you work with

• Excellent at building and maintaining trusting and lasting relationships with many stakeholders

• Experience with executive search
