Our Operations & Support team ensures a high quality of product and services through meticulous planning and execution of efficient and coordinated business processes. We believe that going above and beyond for our customers is the only way forward, and that takes planning, lots of planning!
As the Planning Specialist, you will find yourself to be a key stakeholder of enabling scenario building to support ongoing market opportunities. You will develop and improve how SOUNDBOKS executes on the synchronization of our value chain, i.e. demand vs. supply, as well as carry great influence on our process structure.
On the daily, your life will consist of the following responsibilities:
S&OP Process Ownership: you are the go-to-person for analyses and forecasts within the team, such as:
Product Allocation Analysis, ROP Monitoring, Variant Planning
Product Availability Analysis, Balance of supply vs. demand, Forecast vs. Budget Analysis.
Inventory Analysis
Cost Analysis
Process & Intelligence Ambassador: You will develop and implement a process culture so we can continue to scale healthily. You may:
Create dashboard views to increase visibility.
Facilitate, implement and support clear and structured processes for communication and execution within the team.
Maintenance:
Bring Netsuite utilization to the next level
Administrate necessary policies to run the value chain.
Support registration of insurance cases
EAN Bar Codes and Master Data in Netsuite
We want you to be a success! But in order for that to happen, you must bring with you a certain skill-set. Our expectations are that you can nod in acknowledgement to the following:
A data analytical mind-set that translates into excel mastery and presentation awesomeness.
ERP system knowledge, preferably from a global organisation that prepared you for a multi-cultural workplace. Bonus points for Netsuite!
A background in Operations or Supply Chain with 3-5 years work experience.You are pro-active, executional and driven by results, so you can truly impact our organisation.
This job requires a lot of stakeholder interaction, so we’ll need you to not hate people. It’s preferable if you actually enjoy them.
