Opportunity

Do you want to mitigate the risks for the new groundbreaking investment app? As the Compliance Intern, you'll design and implement the internal governance structure including reviewing employee work, developing company policies and responding to policy violations. At Clockwork you’ll secure our business processes and transactions follow relevant legal guidelines. You'll test your knowledge and skills in a fun, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and gain valuable experience.

Profile

You’re pursuing a degree in Law, Risk Management, Audit, Finance, Business Management or equivalent.

• Knowledge about business operations and procedures compliant within legal regulations and ethical standards.

• Ability to create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.

• Assessment of business and operations compliance risk.

• Firm oral and written communication abilities.

The Role

Imagine what you could do to the investment experience. Bring passion and dedication to your work and there's no limitation to what you could accomplish. We’re looking for a Compliance Intern who can advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations.

You evaluate all current and new compliance regulations, review company processes and lead training sessions. Your approach is diligent and professional and you’re fluent in risk management and our industry’s principles.

Formalities

The position is full-time for 3-6 months. We’re flexible with start and end dates.

Our office is at the Symbion co-working space in Østerbro, which means you'll be working in a vibrant and highly creative atmosphere.
