Our global Sales team looks for- and after all our external sales partners. We invest heavily in identifying the synergies, and developing the relationships, that maximize the experience for our customers the last three feet of the way. We are a small team and depend heavily on our team members ability to take ownership and work independently.
As our new Channel Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing channel campaigns with our key partners to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Utilizing consumer insights data to provide recommendations for driving category distribution and market share.
Acting as the bridge between our Sales team and Marketing department to support brand development and experiential activities.
In collaboration with Finance, manage and track a significant MDF budget.
In order to fulfil these responsibilities, we expect you to have:
Min. 3 years of experience from managing client partnerships and marketing budgets, preferably in a channel marketing role.
Dazzling communication skills and a natural presence that lets you initiate numerous conversations every day.
A proactive mind-set that empowers you to break down barriers and turn a no into a yes.
A wish to take ownership and prove yourself in an autonomous environment that expects you to take the lead.
