The team & role
Becoming an agent in the Billogram Customer Support team means joining a small, but ambitious team dedicated to helping users of the Billogram service, as well as recipients of the Billogram invoice. We are an easy-going group of people who work closely together and who always try to push the boundaries for what modern customer support can look like.
The Billogram users and invoice recipients reach out to us via email, phone, chat and social media with a wide range of questions. Some easily solved, and some of more complex nature that require internal as well as external collaboration. Besides taking care of incoming customer requests, the team also performs a number of administrative tasks such as managing transactions on client funds and verifying company information to ensure we are compliant with enforced laws and regulations.
You will focus a bit extra on communication in this position, meaning you will take ownership of our help center and internal knowledge base, making sure that content is correct and presented in an accessible way. You will also play a key role in incorporating social media in our customer support strategy as well as initiate other projects that will improve Billogram’s customer communication!

Consider yourself to be a patient, service-minded and helpful person
Enjoy interacting with many different people and are a true problem solver
Are a self-starter and feel comfortable working independently on initiatives and smaller projects
Have a few years experience of working with customer support, preferably at a SaaS company, with a technical and/or financial product
Know your way around different systems (prior knowledge of the Zendesk Suite is preferred)
Have previous experience with customer support via social media and as a help center super-user
Speak Swedish and English fluently
