Your mission will be to find new ways to scale our recruitment tactics & find new talent for the companies using meploy.

As part of the Operations Team, you will handle & optimise our recruitment efforts and ensure the quality of our working community keeps growing and improving. The persons working via meploy are not only your colleagues - we employ each meployee - they are also the ones that represent our brand and community each day at hundreds of different companies all around Denmark.

With a community of +11.000 members, we specialise in blue-collar work within production, manufacturing and logistics, and expect to more than double during 2020.

Requirements

• Danish (spoken & written)

• Genuine interest in people

• Experience with validating candidates

• You have to be tech savvy and know your way around social networks

• Comfortable speaking on the phone and in front of groups of people

• You have previously managed projects
