Your mission will be to find new ways to scale our recruitment tactics & find new talent for the companies using meploy.
As part of the Operations Team, you will handle & optimise our recruitment efforts and ensure the quality of our working community keeps growing and improving. The persons working via meploy are not only your colleagues - we employ each meployee - they are also the ones that represent our brand and community each day at hundreds of different companies all around Denmark.
With a community of +11.000 members, we specialise in blue-collar work within production, manufacturing and logistics, and expect to more than double during 2020.
Requirements
Danish (spoken & written)
Genuine interest in people
Experience with validating candidates
You have to be tech savvy and know your way around social networks
Comfortable speaking on the phone and in front of groups of people
You have previously managed projects
