Startup Norway is searching for one or two amazing operations interns to support our events in 2020. You will join us for 5 months and be part of the events and operations team.

About Startup Norway

Startup Norway is a private organization born in 2011 to support the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Norway.

Startup Norway is a project-based organization, operating several projects and initiatives from Norway and the Nordics. Startup Norway’s three main initiatives are:

• Angel Challenge—an early-stage investment and fundraising training program.

• Startup Extreme—a tech conference to connect the world with the Nordic startup ecosystem.

• Startup Campus—a community center for entrepreneurs in Norway.

About the role of the interns

Duties and Responsibilities

You will be part of the operations team and support Startup Norway via these main responsibilities::

• Logistics management for internal operations and during Startup Extreme

• Booking, communications, and management of third parties suppliers

• Be part of the planning and delivery of our different training programs

• Event coordination and event excellence

Qualifications:

• Proven track record as an independent and responsible doer through prior experience.

• Excellent oral and written communicator in English.

• Comfortable with a variety of responsibilities—you will be involved in many Startup Norway projects

• An organized person with an eye for detail

• Credible interest to be part of the Norwegian Startup community

• You work for the mission

• Previous experience related to startups is a plus
