We are now looking for an Executive assistant to help management team with operative daily tasks. You’ll work closely with the operations team to practice executive and growth at a fast pace. The right candidate has strong organising and project management skills, an eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

Main responsibilities

• Supporting CEO and CCO in everyday administrative daily activities such as invoicing, business analytics, CRM data inputs, scheduling business trips and solving problems when they arise

• Analyse sales business operations, look into action plans and explore new growth opportunities

• Build presentations

• Monitor financial, banking, and accounting processes

• Accelerate HR management, addressing the human resource needs

Requirements

The right candidate has/is:

• Mandatory: high fluency in English, Finnish and other language skills are plus

• Bachelor level degree in business administration or

• Excellent communications skills, both written and spoken, and comfortable in communicating across levels

• Proficient problem-solving skills

• Extremely organized and detail-oriented

• Ability to interpret complex data chunks and numbers

• Can do attitude

It’s good that you also have:

• Experience in assistance profession

• Expertise in business operations and management for fast-growing startups

• Experience in retail, fashion, and e-commerce industries

• An understanding of finance and accounting
