We seek an Office Manager to join our small team in Nørrebro, Copenhagen. This is a new role so the right candidate will have the opportunity to develop and expand the role according to their skills and ambitions.
The right candidate must have the following skills:
Must be educated to degree level or equivalent work experience
Must have work at least 2 years after graduation
Must be extremely organised
Must enjoy getting into the details of tasks and making things happen
Must be an excellent communicator in English and Danish (written and spoken)
The job role will be extremely flexible and varied. Tasks will include:
Over see travel/ accommodation booking and expenditures for employees
On-board new employees
Write policies and procedures for the team to follow
Booking of external and internal meetings
Procurement of office supplies and assist the engineering team
Ensure the company is very well organised and structured (together with CEO)
Liaise with book keeper to ensure accounts are up to date
Keep monthly account overview and provide reports on such
Potential to assist with project management tasks
Other admin tasks as required
