We are now looking for an Area Director, Scandinavia
located either in Stockholm or in Copenhagen, who will be responsible for establishing local businesses and developing new collaborative business relationships in Scandinavia.
If you’re a highly qualified expert with +10 years experience & proven track record from marketing, media or management consultancy and passionate about marketing effectiveness + managing and leading sales activities, we want to hear from you immediately.
Main responsibilities:
Establish country / multiple countries operations with entrepreneurial mindset
Unlock completely new customer relationships through your wide network and sales initiatives first by yourself and later through your team
Develop and manage relationships towards marketing industry leaders in Scandinavia
Consult top advertisers, media agencies and consultants on how to leverage Sellforte's software with the objective of growing the end customers profit in the long run
Educate marketers and agencies about detailed marketing effectiveness
Attend industry events and conferences to promote Sellforte, but also to generate new business leads and strategic relationships
Track revenue performance across the business portfolio, determine and initiate corrective measures where needed
Ownership over the commercial success, full accountability and strategic steering of short-term and long-term KPIs
Establish and exceed quarterly sales targets to grow represented brands’ presence in Scandinavia
Requirements:
Excellent business relationships towards C-level executives in marketing, media agencies and consultancy businesses
Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences or similar
+10 years experience in marketing, B2B sales, management consultancy or media related business with strong foundation in technology or software and +3 years leadership experience
Strong communication, time management and organisation skills
Outstanding knowledge of trends, markets and opportunities
Ability to efficiently communicate internally and externally in fluent English both spoken and written
Detail-oriented, structured and able to successfully manage and execute multiple cross-functional projects
Positive and entrepreneurial attitude with a drive to go above and beyond for your customers and the business impact
Experience in Marketing mix modeling / ROMI modeling will be accounted as a big plus
