Monsido is looking for a Support Engineer to be a part of our international journey, on-location in our beautiful corner office at the Ballerup World Trade Center. Monsido is a fast-growing software company founded in 2014 in Denmark. We are a one-stop SaaS Platform that offers all of the key insights needed to optimize website user experience.
2nd Level Support Engineer
CSS (basic)
HTML (basic)
Basic understanding of homepages and the internet in general
Basic understanding of Javascript
English in written and oral
Structured mindset
Minimum 1+ year’s experience in technical support, website management, development role or equivalent
Valid Passport
2 level support (support the US, EU and Australian team from our HQ in Denmark).
Continuous updating of our documentation.
Manage assigned tickets with a level of quality that provides a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Be a problem-solver regarding product interface issues and issues surrounding reporting capabilities.
Take ownership of technical issues by troubleshooting and qualifying cases before sending them over to development.
Create product troubleshooting guides to assist end-users and teammates.
Maintain practitioner level knowledge on our product features, advantages, benefits, and selling points for effective communication.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure an optimal technical setup for every customer.
Attend meetings with other company departments as necessary to perform duties.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
