You will be part of an exciting learning programme and test your skills at digital marketing for an e-commerce business that is rapidly growing.
We are looking for a full-time native German who will join our talented, dedicated team, and will work determinedly to drive traffic and sales. Your overall task as a Digital Marketing Manager is to launch two new German speaking markets in 2020, which includes, however not limited to, driving traffic and sales to our local webshops through various marketing channels. For that purpose you will use the whole range of online marketing channels.

We wish to do away with the perception of dietary supplements and hair care products as being boring, and for that reason we have launched a line of products that comes in a presentable and shareable visual look. HairLust is one of the most online sought-after dietary supplement and beauty brands in the Nordics, and can boast with being one of the best customer reviewed health products brands in Denmark. HairLust is currently being sold in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, UK, Netherlands and Belgium.
Your primary tasks will be concentrating on our German market:
Managing a small DACH marketing team and leading the local go-to market strategy
Managing different marketing channels such as Google, Facebook and Amazon
Managing e-mail automation campaigns as well as newsletters
Content marketing and general SEO
Outreach and handling of paid collaborations, sponsorships, adverts, etc.
Ad hoc tasks
Apart from primary work assignments, you will be expected to help out with a range of different tasks, which includes everything from optimization of the website to conducting market analyses etc.
The right candidate profile might look like this:
You love and have minimum 1-2 years experience with digital marketing
You are strong in both writing and visually English and German
You have studied something relevant, e.g. e-commerce, business, communication, or marketing
You work in a patient and structured manner
You appreciate a start-up working environment
