ROLE INTERVIEW SPECIALIST

TEAM PEOPLE OPERATIONS

HOURS FULL TIME

LOCATION COPENHAGEN

START DATE JANUARY 6TH

In the People Operations team we are designing our organization to grow our people. To make that happen we have a broad spectrum of responsibilities spanning from leadership- and employee development to recruitment and running payroll. We pay ongoing attention to creating a work environment where people feel inspired and safe – meaning that we are here to support, develop, and grow the whole business. We are a small and tight-knit team but with growth comes change, and we need you to help us facilitate it.

As our interview Specialist your main responsibilities will lie within the recruitment process. We are going into another year of rapid growth, and together with our Talent Acquisition Specialist you will own the candidate journey from A-Z. From cross-functional collaboration with our team leaders to candidate interviews, your days will be filled with human interaction.

To sum up, your main responsibilities will consist of:

  • Working with team leaders on the scope of new hires.

  • Representing People Operations in job interviews.

  • Supporting team leaders in the creation of functional cases.

  • Undertaking assessments of candidates’ personality and cultural fit.

  • Re-defining and optimizing our recruitment flow.

  • Onboarding new hires.

In order to be successful in this role we imagine that you live up to following description:

  • Have a predisposition for understanding human psychology.

  • Thrive in meeting new people and building relationships.

  • Possess hands-on experience from the world of recruitment.

  • Understand underlying human motivations and team dynamics.

Intrigued? At SOUNDBOKS you’ll find yourself a part of a celebrative community. We realize that growth is a process and we don’t expect you to go through it alone. Actually, we guarantee that you won’t have to. We work together in order to work smarter, we inspire each other to be better, and we never forget that every member of the team is responsible for our success.

So, if you’re tired of all of the noise in the job market, we’d love to hear from you. This may be the coolest job you ever have.

While it was tempting to write a novel here, we tried to keep it short. Instead, you’re welcome to contact Frederik Sassi if you have any questions about the position or us in general. He lives on LinkedIn but can also be reached on +45 28 76 87 02.
