We've been operating in Sweden for over a year now, and as the market grows bigger, we need more talent to our Customer Success team to help us grow further. We’re looking for full-time a Swedish speaking customer success specialist to join our team at our Helsinki office. Swedish with native fluency required. Your tasks would include customer service via chats and phone and developing our customer service experience further with your effort.

You have

• The ability to learn fast and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment

• Native level Swedish skills

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Self-starter attitude

• Good team working skills

• Previous experience in customer service in Sweden is seen as a plus!
