The Challenge We are a B2B company, we supply ingredients to manufacturers of consumer products within personal care and food. However, our ingredients are relatively unknown to the end consumer, so the demand for products containing our ingredients doesn’t meet supply long-term goals. In order to increase this demand, we need to increase awareness of the benefits of our ingredients on the consumer side, so the demand on the B2B side follows.
Responsibilities
Position Kaffe Bueno Oil as the new Argan Oil
Implementation of Kaffe Bueno’s communications strategy and build consistent and compelling storytelling that will drive awareness of the brand. This will include the ownership of our brand persona, how we write, how we sound, print and package the Kaffe Bueno brand, ensuring consistency of voice and message across all brand touchpoints.
Management of all public relations, including building network, attending events, and maintaining relationships with press and being an overall ambassador for Kaffe Bueno.
Execution of social media strategy. Manage social media platforms.
Seek out new creative and innovative ways for elevating the business’s brand and engaging audience segments in the cosmetic, nutraceutical and functional food industries.
Writing of pitches to press, press releases, copy on social media, blog.
Archive and tracking of all of Kaffe Bueno’s visual content for easy retrieval.
Qualifications:
Excellent conduct of the English language, both written and verbal.
Danish, German or French proficiency are a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with members of the team and build relationships with press, partners and other key stakeholders.
Strong project management skills.
Self-driven, independent, proactive, organised.
