The opportunity
Due to new and exciting partnerships for our core products, we have a new established position as a Strategic Partner Manager. In this position you will join a startup in an interesting phase of growth, where you will have direct and tangible influence on the outcome of our success. You will work alongside our Strategic Partnership Director, the most crucial aspect will be that you are pro-active and able to create and maintain solid and long-lasting relationships with new and existing Enterprise partners.
In collaboration with Product Management and Development you will be able to set the right expectations, and ensure the quality of the implementation. You will be the process owner, and work with broad aspects of tasks, and be responsible for both documentation to ensuring the technical implementation process is going as planned.
You have a structured approach and a conscientious nature, and will ensure a great on-boarding process and a smooth implementation of our product - you are great at following up and tying loose ends. You will use your professional networking skills to follow up with the Enterprise Partner on a regular basis, so some travelling can be expected.
Your Knowledge and Skills
Professional fluency in English both verbally and written is a requirement for this position since we work with international partners.
We imagine you have the following experience
3+ years of B2B experience, at least 1 year international
Experience with few, but major clients / Key Accounts
Strategic skills with hosting companies or advertisement preferred
Strong interest or knowledge within Product Management of a digital product
