Who we are?

ParkMan is a fast growing community-based platform that connects car drivers with the best parking companies. Our mission is to help parking providers to connect with their customers in a way that makes parking as easy as ordering an Uber.

What we are looking for?

We are looking for a new team member to join our team in Helsinki and you have a solid experience in visual design and interest in working with an international mobile app. We would like you to be passionate about producing high-quality design that is easy-to-use with excellent user experience.

You work together with the product development team and you make sure that the user interfaces are visually appealing, consistent and world-class. We are looking for a startup-minded and proactive person with motivation to always learn more.

To succeed in this position, you should be a team player who is comfortable completing tasks and projects together and independently, a great communicator and comfortable delivering on a given schedule. You have genuine interest in using your skills to help take ParkMan to the next level.

What we would appreciate from you:

• Passion for great and simple user interfaces

• Profound understanding of great UX and consumer experiences at every stage of a user journey

• Understanding of Apple and Android design principles

• Good eye with colors

• Typography knowledge

• Ability to produce vector graphics

• At least 5 years of experience and a degree in a relevant field

• Strong experience and proficiency with the Adobe suite:

  • Adobe photoshop

  • Adobe XD or other similar prototyping tool

  • Adobe after effects

  • Adobe illustrator

• Ability to prioritise tasks, manage workload and meet project deadlines

• Fluency in English (our company language)
