CHOOOSE is looking to bring on board an experienced graphic and UX-designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for B2C and B2B, as well as improving the visual presentation of our brand across all marketing platforms.
You will be responsible for planning, creating, improving and maintaining design and UX development to reach our business goals. You will also help to improve and develop the visual presentation of our brand for marketing purposes and help develop design elements for campaigns, landing pages, newsletters, social media posts, website elements, B2B-activations, and external presentation decks.
As our new graphic / UX Designer, you should be a user-centric, strategic, creative designer who performs well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. You also have the ability to grasp user needs, solve problems and deliver premium graphic design for marketing purposes.
Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features, make our product and brand presence more visually appealing, user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers (both B2B and B2C).
If you also have broad experience with conversion-oriented design, an excellent eye for visual composition and brand consistency, we would like to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, widgets and graphic elements.
Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs.
Design UI/UX for web and mobile.
Work across disciplines with developers to ensure aesthetics are aligned with usability and web standards.
Think of design from the customer’s point of view, always advocating for the customer experience.
Craft and deliver presentations of design work and rationale for internal and client meetings.
Design campaigns, newsletters, visuals for our website, landing pages, social media posts, B2B-material and presentation decks for the sales and marketing team.
Evolve and maintain company brand guidelines.
Work alongside the rest of the CHOOOSE team to deliver exceptional service with the purpose of enabling B2C and B2B with the most effective tools for climate action.
We are looking for someone who can tick these boxes:
You are located in Oslo, Norway.
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical and visual projects is essential.
Up-to-date knowledge of design softwares like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Knowledgeable in user psychology and digital persuasion
A "one-speed" energy with a highly self-driven sense of motivation.
Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.
Strong organizational and project planning/management skills coupled with the ability to work in a self-directed manner.
A strong eye for visual composition.
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Understanding of marketing, website design, landing pages, social media design, corporate identity, co-branding, advertisements, and multimedia design.
Outstanding professional references.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus but not required.
