We are currently looking for a student to join our Finance team in Copenhagen.

This is a unique position to get insight into what it takes to scale a fast-growing international start-up and work with people who are passionate about making a difference, challenge the status quo and have the drive to learn new skills.

In the Student Finance Assistant role, you will work across teams to ensure tasks are complete with high standards and within deadline.

What you’ll do

● Expense management across teams

● Set-up and invoicing of members

● Inventory orders for apartments

● Set-up and management of subscriptions in apartments

● Ad hoc travel bookings

● Cross team administrative tasks

You are:

● Able to tell the difference between a VAT receipt and credit card receipt

● Comfortable working with systems such as Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Pleo etc.

● Can motivate people to make sure deadlines are met

● Obsessive about details

● A structured worker with a strong work ethic

● A Team player

● Fluent in English and any other language a plus

● Currently in your first or second year of your bachelor’s degree within Business Administration or Finance
