Work with a team of fast marketers on a variety of projects focused on increasing engagement, conversions, and revenue. We’re looking for a detailed oriented and eager to learn intern that is able to pick up new skills quickly and see their work come to life. This is the stuff they don't teach you in school. Growth-hacking, technical SEO, and doing the work. The best practices come directly from Talent Garden's lead instructor of the 2 day "Growth-Hacking Masterclass."

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up growth hacks from ground up using industry best practices and tools

• Learn the ropes of keyword discovery based on “intent”

• Collect data for growth hacks and long-form content pieces to display in meaningfulways for increased engagement

• Manage implement tools targeting specific niches and groups for engagement

• Support amplification efforts and PR strategies

• Support link building projects within the specific industries

• Assist marketing efforts by creating listing, review, and directory pages to boost our online reach and reputation

• Build targeted lists of ideal customer profiles for specific campaigns and custom targeting

EXTRA POINTS (but not required) IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• Experience with drupal, wordpress, or other CMS platforms

• Experience with SEO/website analytics (analytics, screaming frog, ahrefs, Keyword research tools, etc)

• Familiarity with ad management platforms

• Use of scraping tools or outreach tools

• Knowledge of working with wordpress plugins

• Basic knowledge of html and CSS

• Interested in working for a startup

We’re only looking for students that require credit for their school at the moment. Our current office space doesn’t allow additional interns on site except for the weekends at the moment, that will change overtime.
