Swappie is building a marketplace for refurbished smartphones that makes buying and selling pre-owned electronics easy and safe. We're now expanding internationally and soon taking over Denmark. You would be the first person working on our Danish customer service from our office in Helsinki, so you would be in an unique position developing our CS in Denmark from the very beginning. So, be ready for constant change and improvement!

We’re looking for a Danish speaking customer success specialist to join our team at our Helsinki office. Danish with native fluency required. Your tasks would include customer service via chats and phone and developing our customer service experience further with your effort.

You have:

• The ability to learn fast and adapt to fast paced startup environment

• Native level Danish skills

• Self-starter attitude

• Good team working skills

• Great communication skills in English (Swappie's working language is English)

• Previous experience in customer service in Denmark is seen as a plus!
