Must have:

· MA in Engineering, Computer Science or similar relevant field.

· Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy.

· Programming skills in Android, Microsoft and Linux type of systems. Currently it is written manually using Android SDK and is written on native Java.

· Ability to expand and present complex material for customers, management / board, business specialists and investors together with the other co-owners.

· You love coding and hands on approach.

· Self-driving and like to be in charge of building up a technical team.

· Ability to clearly articulate the benefits/weakness of specific software architecture approaches.

· First and foremost: you are a nice person and you are proud of your craft!

Good to have:

· MBA (Master of Business Administration) or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.

· Years of leadership experience.

· Excellent “hands-on” programming skills and e.g. to go cross platform JavaScript and C#
