Your profile
At least two years of professional experience in B2B SaaS Sales and Marketing Processes– including, but not limited to customer prospecting, cold calling, networking, developing sales processes, tracking KPIs, digital marketing, preparing quotes, and delivering presentations
Excellent know-how and hands-on of latest Sales and Marketing technologies and tools – including, but not limited to CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
Solid management skills, solid focus on business objectives and commercial mind-set
Ability to think strategically and to translate concepts into operational plans
Experience in working closely with the Product team to implement customer feedback
Good understanding of software solutions in HR and communication or demonstrated ability to quickly learn new industries and solutions
Ability to build positive business relationships with clients and partners
Proficient in written and spoken English and effective communication skills – via phone, email, or in-person
Ability to cooperate in a team and focus on achieving ambitious goals

Your responsibilities
Optimise and execute the sales process. Among other activities, you will create sales scripts, email templates, and reusable demo agendas; perfecting the stages of the sales process; understanding which features speak to which prospects; customer prospecting, cold calling, preparing quotes
Design, implement and direct the sales planning and go-to-market strategies
Set and achieve Sales and Marketing KPI targets to support the company’s growth
Experiment with different Marketing and Sales approaches and processes to consistently improve results and efficiency
Implement and manage tools and reports for sales forecasting, sales management, and marketing management.
Build business relationships with clients and create partnerships that enable us to accelerate our branding and commercial growth
Closely work with the Product team to improve products and offerings
Participate in high-value deals including hands-on negotiation, contracting and closing deals.
Participate in industry events and fairs
