The role:
We’re headquartered in Copenhagen with offices in NYC and LA. Since 2014 we’ve been working together with the biggest names in the music industry and we proudly route more than 1 billion fans to a better music experience.
Being part of the HR-Team, you’ll take on a vital role in developing our people-success, be it by supporting applicants, new employees or hiring managers. Our mission is to hire passionate experts who value voicing their thoughts and ideas, who want to own both the problem and the solution and who put their team and collaboration before their ego.
If you’re a people-person and you’re ready to kickstart a career in HR - embark with us on a 2-months internship starting March 2020. Please note that this position is unpaid. We are, however, looking to grow the team in the future and with the right match, this internship could turn into full-time employment in the following year.
You will report to the Talent Acquisition Specialist, Cristina Vartej.
What you’ll be doing as an HR Intern @ Linkfire:
In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for all talent attraction for our growing teams in CPH, LA, and NYC.
Helping in managing the recruitment process life-cycle - including posting and updating jobs, screening resumes and coordinating interview schedules.
Help to build and maintain a hiring pipeline of the best talent for future openings in our different departments.
Learn about and get involved with screening calls, review/analyze profiles and evaluate qualifications.
Support the administrative HR-workflow (HRMS and ATS) as well as assisting the HR department through the entire onboarding process.
Assisting in employee’s relocation journey from getting our newcomers moved and settled to helping them create a great lifestyle in Copenhagen.

You’re familiar with LinkedIn, social networks, HRIS, ATS or any resume databases.
You have a general understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
You’re able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people.
You have an interest in music and the music industry.
Your rock if you have:
Worked previously in a similar junior HR role.
Experience within the tech start-up industry.
Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices in Denmark.
