The Job
Your core function will be to welcome, qualify and nurture leads that have come through various marketing channels. We have validated that there is value in calling leads but want to take the next step in figuring out how we can generate even more revenue from them.

You should be extroverted, charismatic and have a high sense of personal accountability. You are eager to pursue excellence and put ego aside to assess yourself and think independently when optimizing your calling process. You are energetic, can communicate on your toes and possess strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence. We are not looking for a perfectionist but someone who values rapid testing, growth and learning. You value mistakes as learning opportunities and know when to seek help. Above all, you take ownership of your task and accountable for your KPIs.
You may have years of experience or are new to the position but know you can thrive given the opportunity. Salary will be dependant on experience. We are open to students.

Level 1 - Meetingbooking:
Learn how to qualify and book great meetings, with relevant potential candidates. Who to call, what to say and how to not waste time on irrelevant leads to maximize the time spend on potential customers.
Level 2 - Meeting Execution::
Learn how to execute the perfect meeting and create opportunities with a high close rate.
Level 3 - The Closer:
Learn the negotiation techniques to close contracts with new customers.
Level 4 - The sales trainer
Learn what it takes to be the person driving 24Slides sales school courses. How to run the courses at all levels and being able to educate and grow the skills of our growing sales team.
How will your success be measured:
Your ability to learn and progress through the different levels of 24Slides Sales School.
The revenue you attributed to the customers you touch.
When a positive ROI is established you will hire and train new colleagues to maximize revenue growth.
Examples of daily tasks:
All candidates will start at level 1 of the sales school, no matter of previous experience. You will have a list of leads that have made an order with us or that has tested us out recently. You will call them up to ask about their presentation, identify who they are and what kind of organization they work for, and may introduce them to other services, such as our corporate subscriptions. You record details of the call in the CRM and may follow up.
Another example may be cold-calling leads who have entered their phone number when trying us out. They have shown interest in our product and it's your role to call them up, identify who they are and the organization they work for and ask for feedback on the order. The goal is to welcome them and put a face (or voice) to the brand. You will identify interesting opportunities and coordinate with the sales team on engaging them further.
