To ensure the continuous growth of Practio we are looking for a data-driven and results oriented Growth Marketing Specialist. You will work at the intersection of product and marketing, and independently drive initiatives within online marketing – from Paid Search to SEO and CRO. You will take new initiatives from the backlog through completion, going through the different stages of Practio’s agile marketing process – exploration, solution, implementation and evaluation.
Your core responsibilities will be:
To identify new opportunities for growth, particularly within paid media, ensuring they are backed up by data, and demonstrate how they can create a positive impact on core business metrics.
To ensure we have sufficient information to act on the opportunities ahead of us. This could mean anything from talking to our colleagues in the UK, interviewing external agencies, doing market research or coordinating a user testing session together with our UX team.
To identify and create the appropriate solutions to test. This requires you to work creatively and to engage with other teams when the task requires you to. You will also be hands on, particularly running our paid advertising channels – this means you will build campaigns, optimize ads, harvest search keywords, but also do outreach for link-building, coordinate design of materials and so on.
To plan for the appropriate measurement of the initiatives. This means deciding on the most relevant metrics and ensuring data is collected on those metrics. You will be responsible for the tracking of your tests and initiatives.
To ensure the solutions are implemented as planned, and to be accountable for compromises to the original plan.
To evaluate completed initiatives, ensuring appropriate reporting and documentation of key learning points.
As a person:
You are structured and can work proactively and independently to complete your tasks.
You have 1-2 years of experience with online marketing, and have worked with a wide range of areas – Search, Social, Email, SEO, Affiliate.
You are pragmatic and prefer to backup your arguments with data rather than opinion – numbers do not scare you.
You have some experience with online marketing tools – Google Ads (Adwords), Facebook Business Manager, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, Google Analytics and Google Sheets/Excel.
You are flexible and curious about being part of the changing reality of a startup bringing digitalisation to the healthcare sector.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken – our primary market is the UK.
We offer you:
A key role in a purpose-driven team on a mission to build better healthcare.
Open, informal and multinational working environment, where the pace is high and the only constant is change.
Great responsibility and excellent opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.
Catered lunch and healthy (and not so healthy!) snacks & drinks.
Friday bars and other regular social events.
You will join a diverse team of 30+ people from different nationalities located at our offices in Copenhagen, Lisbon and Liverpool.
