Working with the International Country Management Team and head of Customer Service, responding to customer’s queries via Zendesk (knowledge to the platform is not a must), handling customer inquiries, feedback, product development ideas, reviews and much more!
Job Description:
Handling overflow contacts from the all over the world in collaboration with all Country Managers;
Responding to queries received via Social Media or Live Chat;
Assisting with up-selling products on certain pages through Nordgreen's live communication tool;
Gathering product and process feedback;
Occasional translating content for certain messages which have to be send out to the global customer database;
Manage reviews on various 3rd party platforms; and
Assisting with the continuous product development process based on customer feedback and macro-level analyses
Developing and implementing initiatives to improve the customer experience
Provide regular reporting of customer service complaints to necessary team heads
