In the Product Development team, we design mechanics, UX, hardware, software, mobile applications, and acoustics. We look at product development with fresh eyes, as we believe this is the way to create exciting new concepts for consumers. We are a fast-paced, iterative and openminded group of people that secure a main pillar of SOUNDBOKS as a company, namely our products.

As our new App Developer, you will take up a junior role and work closely with, and learn from, experienced software- and hardware engineers to optimise and expand the SOUNDBOKS mobile application. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintenance of app functionality and appearance

• Creation of product related app features

• Creation of community related app features

You work will quickly have an impact on the thousands of users who engage with our platform everyday, and it is our expectation that your first feature is launched to our community after three months. One year into the job you will take complete ownership of our mobile application.

In order to be successful in this role, you should live up to the following descriptions:

• Min. 1-year hands on experience from working with mobile applications.

• Able to work in an agile setup with young leadership.

• Able to take, and provide, honest feedback.

• Have an interest for (audio) hardware products.

Tech stack:

Obligatory: React, React Native, JavaScript

Very nice-to-have: Objective #C/Swift, Java/Kotlin, Graphical sense, Adobe Illustrator

Nice-to-have: GraphQL, Git, Adobe XD, Redux
