Qualifier.ai is a fast-growing SaaS-startup whose platform is to help companies increase their sales and stop spending time on unnecessary manual work. Founded in 2018, the company has grown rapidly and now has a customer base with over 400 clients all around the world. We're now looking for an addition to our Customer Success team currently consisting of four other team members.
The role:
External support towards our clients and users
Make sure (together with the rest of the CS-team) that customers are onboarded in the best way possible
Together with the founders develop the Customer Success team from the ground up
Help with feedback from customers, with product development
Internal support towards the Sales-team and the Customer Success-team
Qualifications:
Have 1-2 years of experience in a customer-oriented role
Love talking to customers and solving their problems
Like to have a lot of responsibility and like to take own initiatives
Fluent in Swedish and English, both in speech and in writing
Be a positive person that sees opportunities where others might see problems
Be incredibly driven and like to work hard
Be a humble fearless team player
