Head of Development - Poland

The opportunity

Cobiro is hiring a talented Head of Development for the Polish market to enable the growth and acceleration of our companies goals. You will be joining an interesting and exciting start-up company during a time of growth, providing expertise by creating helping to establish and guide a new development department in Warsaw. 

Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills will come natural to you and you will have the opportunity to use the latest techniques and practices to help to bring about the next generation of online advertising solutions

 The ideal candidate would have an extensive and proven track record (minimum 5 years) of establishing and leading teams in a tech start-up, with good knowledge and experience in PHP and Laravel and are looking to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire a new development team to help Cobiro grow and achieve our goals
• Plan resources and priorities, carry out performance reviews and objective setting
• Ensure that technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organisation
• Hands-on development and code review if necessary 
• Identify and implement technology trends that will be able to support the future success of the business
