Just For The Win is a software development company developing fun gaming content focusing on video slots for online casinos around the world. With our games, operators can be assured of a fun gaming experience for their players who love slots. JFTW was established in 2016 by professionals with experience from some of the biggest names in the business. We are currently around 25 creative, professional and inspirational people representing 14 nationalities creating a unique gaming culture.

We are looking for an experienced Art Director to join our small crew, who shares our passion for creating high quality games with style.

As an Art Director you are going to be developing the overall look of the game including characters, backgrounds and logos, etc. You are also going to contribute in game design process and closely work with other departments and your team.

All Applicants must be eligible to work in Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Create a vision and generate ideas for the games
• Create concepts and storyboards in pre-production stage
• Create and design symbol illustrations, logos, characters and other game assets
• Communicate with Artists, Game Designer, Animator as well as Developers and QA Team on a daily basis.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in relevant areas
• Being able to organize manage the team and stick to the deadlines
• Strong illustration skills, character design skills and environment design
• Fluent English

Plus

• 3D software is a plus
• Experience in spine animation is a plus
• Experience in creating fx in After Effects is a plus
• Experience in online casino games
