Guestit is a proptech startup born in Stockholm in 2017 with the wish to make the short-term rental experience for all homeowners in the Nordics hassle-free and pleasant. We are now looking for a Business Development manager to lead our business development to drive discrete projects, programs, and strategic initiatives in new business areas, including Real Estate, Corporate apartments and B2B cleaning.
We’re incredibly grateful to the homeowners who trust us to manage their homes. What started as a team of 3, in love with beautiful homes and travels, is now a 3 year-old start-up with more than 18 team members, which is also on its way to take over the Scandinavian market!
We supply a lot of different services to make your experience as homeowner the best possible. Cleaning, maintenance, guests welcoming and pricing strategy, you name it, we will take care of it!

THE POSITION
You will be the first person in the B2B-sales-team, and will be a central part of the company, driving forward and influencing the core business while carrying full responsibility over the new business area. We are completely open with that it will be a lot of hard work with few guidelines [The position entails a lot of hard work with few guidelines], very much like starting a new company, and we have to work together and be creative to get where we want. You’ll work closely with the CEO, the founders and Real Estate owners and other companies.
Build and develop new business area B2B rental from scratch, including acquiring and managing relationships with key property-owners and companies renting apartments
Full P&L responsibility for the new business area
When things go well, be ready to build a team that scales
Implement systems, process, configurations, and change/optimization projects in accordance with plans. Participate in project definition, scoping, and option analysis activities.
Effectively and succinctly communicates progress and status in diverse forums including to team and board.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Experience from sales and/or business development (2+ years of experience)
Exceptional project and system management skills. 80/20 way of working
Demonstrated communication, leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to write, speak, and present effectively and persuasively at all levels.
Experience from designing and structuring projects, enabling the day-to-day work of a project
Proficiency in English and Swedish
