We are expanding our team in Copenhagen and are looking for a full-time Junior Account Manager to work with client communication, day-to-day management and support to our international business clients.

You will join a company with roots and heart in music. We’re a team of 50+ developers, engineers, product managers, and more, drawn from every corner of the globe. The common denominator?

The Role:

As a Junior Account Manager at Linkfire, you will get the chance to work closely with the biggest players in the music industry. Working at the forefront of mar-tech we empower our clients to conquer digital music marketing and we help them get the most out of their data to drive decision making.

We strive to make sure we give our clients the best service possible and this requires that you are willing to go the extra mile. In your daily tasks, you will be responsible for all communication, onboarding, and support to our business clients. You will work closely with the rest of the Account Management team as well as our Sales department. 

You will report to the Head of Commercial Operations, Ruben Zelwak.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handling all day-to-day communication with our business clients
  • Onboarding and continuous education of our tool to the users in your appointed accounts
  • Handling urgent support needs
  • Developing a long-term relationship with all stakeholders in your appointed accounts
  • Take an interest in your client needs, taking feature requests and leading co-development projects.
  • Driving renewal processes and close renewals on own clients
  • Understand customer needs and detect upsell opportunities 
  • Making sure that we have satisfied clients and that they understand that Linkfire is the best tool on the market. 

 

Abilities and Skills:

  • People skills. A lot.
  • You have an international profile and speak English fluently. German language represents a plus
  • You are ambitious and understand the value of good service. You very much like to deal with a variety of stakeholders and are not easily stressed
  • You can solve problems before they become problems. This means you have a good bird’s eye view of your areas of responsibility and you can think strategically
  • You know your way around a computer and have worked with digital media, social media or digital marketing before
  • You have a basic understanding of the music market and its complexity. Prior experience in the music industry is a plus.

Physical sales are going down. Legal downloads and in particular streaming are gaining momentum.
