The role as Sustainability Change Maker

As a Sustainability Change Maker, you will work on and have complete ownership over your own project and be the driving force from ideation to testing to execution. We provide you with the necessary support to help realize you and your project's fullest potential and have a powerful and inspirational impact on thousands of people. The Challenge: Enable companies to transform their workplaces becoming a force of good for the planet

At an increasing pace, more and more companies are waking up to the reality of the environmental challenges we’re facing and see it as their mission to play their part in creating a sustainable future. However, a common issue is that the individuals who are driving this transformation, don't know where to start and lack the inspiration, insight, and proven approach to efficiently adopt sustainable initiatives at the workplace.

Through the disciplines of customer development, co-creation and open-source, you will be the driving force behind researching, developing and launching a series of sustainable initiatives ready to be implemented at the workplace. You will develop and launch a website containing these initiatives, and with growth hacking methods build a funnel of traffic to the website.

The project will be 3-12 months starting asap (latest at the start of the new semester) either full-time (37 hrs) or part-time (15 hrs) based on what your situation allows of dedication.
