We’re looking for a proactive and service-minded person to join our rather small but extremely dedicated team of 11 young and kickass individuals from 8 different countries. Someone who wants to work hard, hands-on and determinedly to assist with our customer success as well as online marketing. Your overall task as a Customer Success Assistant is to increase customer satisfaction and customer retention.

Your primary tasks

• Doing customer service via e-mail and live-chat
• Assist with our our communication on social media
• Assist with our content marketing
• Assist with our Search Engine Optimization
• Research and planning of marketing campaigns
• Ad hoc tasks

Apart from primary work assignments, you will be expected to help out with a broad range of tasks, which includes everything from optimization our website to execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve great success in our Danish operations.

• You have experience within customer service
• You love digital marketing
• You work in a structured manner
• You have a knack for expressing yourself both in writing and visually
• Strong command of Danish language written and spoken
• You’re interested in constantly learning more about digital marketing
• You’re proactive, creative within marketing and dare to try out new things
• You’re flexible and able to work primarily on Mondays, Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays.
• You’re eager to prioritize work and learn more about online retail and marketing.
• It’s required that the right candidate has some experience in the scope of customer service. We’ll provide you with training in order for you to get up-to-date knowledge within the specific fields of digital marketing.
