Nordic Impact is running Hub.no - the Norwegian site of one of the largest startup platforms in the Nordics - in collaboration with Danske Bank, Rainmaking and local partners in Sweden and Finland.

The Hub is  free-of-charge and a  go-to platform for startups in the Nordics.  We seek to ease the life of entrepreneurs and assist the growth of startups by providing access to recruitment, funding, events, best practice tools and relevant content.  We are now looking for an outstanding  Project Coordinator to help grow The Hub in Norway. 

As a match for the role, you should be eager to work hands-on with the daily operations of a startup and collaborate closely with your fellow team members. 

This position is part time with about 20 hours a week (50%)  and fits well as a student job. 

Your tasks will include 

• Customer relations and operations (curate high quality service to our users during their customer journey) 
• Lead platform quality assurance including screening companies and jobs 
• Maintain and curate the platform to the highest standard (reporting bugs, feedback from users and improvement). 
• Contribute to the upkeep and management of our CRM system
• Engage with our users through our digital channels (SoMe, linked-in. Inbound 
• Assist on offline events and activities. 

 Desired experience and skills 

• A peoples person who thrives and take pride in helping others.  
• Digitally competent - preferably with experience in digital products,
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and and projects at once. 
• Curious, outgoing and organised and with high eagerness to learn. 
• Proactive with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude 
• An interest in entrepreneurship, talent management and impact innovation. 

 Preferably with 

• Good knowledge of the Nordic startup ecosystem 
• Previous experience with customer service and digital tools like Trello and google analytics
• Proficiency in a Nordic language and fluency in English
